A Student in House helps students make a match for a room in someone's home. The room owner and the tenant make an appointment beforehand to see if there is a match. Together they determine the rules and duties and these are put on paper and signed by both parties. Together with an employee of Virtual Youth Support you discuss the arrangements. The room can be viewed virtually or a Virtual Youth Support employee can view the room for you for a mileage fee. For the safety of our students and room owners we require a Certificate of Good Behavior from both. The costs for this are for your own account,
